ERIC STEVENS
has toured as one of the most creative song writer/guitarists. Stevens incorporates poetic soulful vocals on top of amazing guitar workmanship and feel. Stevens has played in many musical circles opening for a variety of big name artists both classic and contemporary such as Kip Winger, Circus Of Power, Richie Kotzen, The L.A. Guns, Sabastian Bach, Tesla, 3 doors down, Hoobastank, George Lynch, The Bullet Boys, Faster Pussy Cat, Danzig, Joan Jett, Nicki Sixx, Tracii Guns, and many more along the way. It all started at the age of 12 when Stevens learned to play piano in New York City. It was there that he played the National Piano Players Association competition at Carnegie Hall. Later graduating to the guitar at 17, he played gigs around Pennsylvania, Vermont, New York, and New Jersey. At the age of 26 he headed west to Los Angeles and recorded his first album "The Thrill Of The Chase." A year later Stevens returned to the east coast scene performing in some of the top venues; and also getting featured in The Village Voice, and Time Out New York. After recording a second album "Spectrum" and shortly later a third album "This Distance" in New York, Stevens has mainly been performing on the east coast. He has also worked as a session musician recording lead guitar for New Orleans based artist Christina Gaudet's "Oasis" album.
